- Order, returns, refund and payment-status information. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Account details where you choose to create an account.
- Messages and correspondence you send to us.
- Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website, including limited device, browser, IP-address and security-event information.
- Marketing preferences where you actively choose to receive marketing emails.
3. Why we use your information
- To accept, process, deliver and support your order.
- To provide customer service, manage returns, refunds, guarantees and complaints.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.
- To secure the website, prevent misuse and investigate suspicious activity.
- To send marketing only where you have chosen to receive it or where the law otherwise permits it.

We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us operate the business, including payment providers, delivery and fulfilment partners, website hosting and security providers, email providers, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your personal information.
Returns and parcels: Only use the return address provided in your return instructions or on your returns label.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by UK data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected. Order, payment and tax records are normally kept for six years from the end of the relevant financial year. Account, correspondence and security information is kept for an appropriate period based on its purpose, legal requirements and the need to resolve disputes.
8. Cookies and similar technology
Essential cookies
RZHomestore uses essential cookies needed for the basket, checkout, sign-in, security and your privacy-notice acknowledgement. These cookies are necessary for the website to work and cannot be switched off through the site.
Optional tracking
When the essential-only setting described in this policy is in operation, RZHomestore does not use optional analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. This is why there is no accept-all or advertising-cookie choice at this stage.
Services you choose to use
WhatsApp: If you choose to contact us through a WhatsApp link, you leave RZHomestore and WhatsApp handles that connection under its own privacy information. Opening our website alone does not load a WhatsApp widget or send website data to WhatsApp.
Google reCAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA only on security-sensitive forms, including checkout protection. It may connect to Google when that protection is needed. It is not used as general website analytics or advertising tracking.
9. Marketing
We will send marketing emails only where you have opted in or where legally permitted. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us at privacy@rzhomestore.com.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to the use of your information. You may also ask for a portable copy of certain information. Contact us first at privacy@rzhomestore.com.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve your concern first.

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
Customer sign-in and saved baskets
We use your email address to verify access to your customer account and send requested sign-in codes through IONOS. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Recovery links and pending checkout records expire after seven days. You can choose to sign in using Google instead; we receive an account identifier, verified email information and available name details. Google sign-in does not provide your delivery address.
We use necessary session cookies and saved basket records to maintain your sign-in and checkout. We keep limited sign-in activity records for up to 30 days to monitor delivery failures and protect against misuse. Sign-in does not subscribe you to marketing. We record the sign-in method with each new checkout order and use its recorded payment method for administration and reporting. These details follow the retention period for the order. Address search at checkout
If you use address search, the text you type and your selected delivery country are sent through our server to Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses. You can instead enter your address manually. Please check the selected address and add any flat or unit number before ordering.
