How do I find a product?

Use the search bar at the top of the website to search by product name, or browse our product departments.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard UK delivery normally takes 3–5 working days. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

What is the dispatch cutoff?

Our dispatch cutoff is 3:30pm. This is separate from the delivery timeframe and does not guarantee next-day delivery.

How can I pay?

PayPal and card payment options are available at checkout. Bank transfer can also be arranged by contacting us before ordering.
