Superhoze – The Expanding Hose

Expands up to three times its original length and quickly shrinks back to its original size after use.

The dynamic design of the Hozelock Superhoze enables it to expand up to three times its original length for easy reach and then shrink back in size after use for convenient storage.

• Soak the hose in water twice for a recommended period of 5-10 minutes before first use to prevent dye transfer to clothing or other garden objects.

• Make sure fittings are tight on hose before each use.

• Hold the nozzle when emptying the water hose after use and dispose of waste water responsibly, using it to water flower beds or potted flowers.

• Connecting the Superhoze to a water supply – Superhoze will not work if it is connected to a water tank or collector.

• Use the Superhoze for general household applications, such as watering flowers and plants, outdoor cleaning jobs (car, etc.)

Superhoze is made up from a highly elastic inner core and a soft, yet robust outer, meaning that there are no hard materials to fold or bend which can create kinks or tangles in some regular garden hoses. As Superhoze is filled with water and expands, the two independent layers glide smoothly over each other, ensuring a continuous water-flow.

Please note: This hose cannot be used with a pressure washer.

Easy To Use & Manoeuvre

Made from a durable, lightweight polyester outer and a natural rubber core, Superhoze is light & easy to manoeuvre around your garden.

Hozelock guaranteed leak-free fittings, give you a water tight connection.

Durable Outer Layer

Superhoze has a durable outer layer, which has been created using a UV stable, high quality Polyester weave that forms a hard-wearing, robust skin to withstand abrasion on any terrain.

Elastic Rubber Core

A durable, natural rubber core ensures the hose expands and contracts up to three times its original length repeatedly and reliably. Its smooth inner and outer surface aids water flow, prevents the walls of the hose sticking together and allows the Polyester fabric to glide over the rubber inner.

Before Each Use

Check you have enough water pressure to use a Superhoze (3 bar minimum).
Ensure the nozzle is fully open, by turning it anti-clockwise.
Turn the water on at the tap fully, to flush through any trapped air.
Close the nozzle fully to expand the Superhoze.
Once Superhoze has expanded, open your nozzle and begin watering.

After Each Use

Turn off the water at the tap.
Open the nozzle to release the water and allow Superhoze to drain completely.

Securing Connectors

Check that the connectors have been tightened fully.
Check that an O-ring is present and in good condition on the end of the nozzle and the tap connector.

Maintaining the Fabric Layer

Clean with warm, soapy water and leave to dry fully.
Leave in the open air to fully dry.
Store in a ventilated, frost-free location.
